I purchased NOKIA C6-00 in OCT 2010. With in 6 months my touch screen was not working properly and phone starts to hang more times. Then surrendered at Nokia care got replaced with new touch screen.I have extended warranty by one more year. With in 8 months the same problem started.Even though utilization of my phone very less no gaming and browsing and handled so properly.I visited the Nokia care again for the same touch screen problem. This time they told there is a water log in your cell phone and it wont come under warranty.The answer given by the customer care executive is water log may due to sweating problem.Then how can i use a cell cell phone in " High Humid condition "areas like TAMIL NADU, WEST BENGAL, ORRISA and other coastal areas? also on what basis they have designed the costly cell phone worth of RS.13500 (Oct 2010) with normal sweat can enter into the cell phone circuit board?The touch screen problem was there when there was no water log. Now Nokia care told warranty wont be applicable due to water log.why should i be the victim of fault design of there hardware which incurred me a loss of Rs.13500.Even i pay for the touch screen part with in short period i will again going to face the same problem. Please take some strict action if my arguments are right and reasonable.
