Dear Team, I am very sad to take nokia phone. i have purchased Nokia Lumia 800 handset just 1 months back (EMI no. is [protected]) and it started problem related to bettary backup and bettary charging point. I went to your Nokia care 3-4 times at Sheetla will service, opp. sec.14, old delhi road, gurgaon. They kept my mobile for 6-7 days and handed over to me just day before yesterday. But problem still has not been resolved so today i again went to your said Nokia care and again they have kept my mobile against JOB card no.[protected]/120209/75. I was not aware about your poor services otherwise i will never prefer to go with your company handset. Now suggest what should i do? if this will be the responce from your team, i would like to go through legal proceedings. kindy contact me and resolve my querry.
