Nokia Handset — problem in handset

Dear Sir,

I had bought a Nokia Handset ( 3110C) bearing no. [protected] on 11/5/09 from Suraj Business Pvt Ltd , Shop No 22 ,Palam Vyapar Kendra , Palam Vihar ,Gurgaon .

Incidentallly the mobile had a very poor battery life from the begining and it use to get discharge very quickly .I had brought it to the notice of the shop I had purchased and he referred me to the Nokia Care Centre .

I showed the mobile to Nokia Care Centre at Sheetla WLL Service ,Old Delhi Road ,Opp Plaza Solitaire ,Sector 14 ,Gurgaon and they returned it back to me after probably checking its software .But the problem still persisted and then I showed it Nokia Care Intouch Care at Okhla , Delhi and he suggested to change the battery but at a cost .Since I did not have time , I agreed to do so .But the problem still persisted . I had then once again referred the problem to Nokia Care at Sheetla WLL Service but they refused to accept the phone as the network was down on that particular date .

Now when all this was going on , my phone turned off all of a sudden and yesterday when I took it the Nokia Care at Sheetla WLL Service ,Old Delhi ,Road Sector 14 ,Gurgaon , they said that the power button is broken and it does not fall under warranty and therefore they would charge me Rs 110 for giving me an estimate which would be chargeable anyhow,

With all this experience , I tend to believe that these service centres are just a hogwash and are fooling customers , deningarting the image of Nokia . For a customer they are the face of the company but the reflection is atrocious . I fail to understand the quality of the handsets of Nokia at the first and then the service which in case is much more painful experience . I have decided not to get my handest repaired and it is lying as unused with me .

I am expecting a input from you as to what should I do ???

THE NOKIA MANAGER
I am not satisfied.. The cell has purchased Just few months ago and already i have send it to the nokia care but again the problem consist and its not working (dead). I do not want a used handset. I am not interested in a used one. Kindly provide me a new handset ( Box Piece) or kindly repay of the money back.


I am very sorry to say - The service Nokia is providing are worse than the Government Service.. It is not satisfied the consumer but you are forcing the consumer.

I have not taken the replacement handset from the Nokia Care RT - Nagar, and I will not take until I Get a New one,

If Nokia is not taking this seriously, I should go through the proper channels. I will be wanting a acknowledgement from the Nokia Care on the letter.. (which has the same thing written) and we take it to the consumer Court. Also if I don’t get a reply within 2 days I will start sharing the same in the websites. Blogs.. Etc.. And beware ppl on the nokia and the service of the Nokia.

Again I will not ready to take a used handset as a replacement.. Kindly reply for the same ASAP.

SUB: REPLACE MY HANDSET DUE TO PROGRAMMING ERROR

I have purchased new handset nokia express music 5130 during the month of june 2010, but i regret to inform that it has poor service this phone does not work from the very beginning, i didnt understand why it has poor service, please register my complaint and replace my handset.



I believe on nokia blindly with their services and robustness. But just after one month, the handset started giving troubles. Its key was not working properly and gradually it stoped working.



since the then time the mobile set is hanged problems. for that i have requested the shopkeeper to replace or repair it but unfortunately atlest 30 repeatidly visits to the shop, i always have been assured for the next time for the same. now i am fedup with that situation.



I REQUEST U TO REPLACE MY HANDSET BECAUSE I M NOT SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE OF NOKIA EXPRESS MUSIC EVEN FOR A SINGLE DAY. HELP ME TO MAKE D.O THAN I CAN REPLACE MY HANDSET WHICH IS NOT WORKING INTIALLY I HAVE PURCHASE THIS HANDSET JUST BEFORE 15 DAYS AND SOFTWARE PROGRAMMING OF MY PHONE HAS ERROR AS PER NOKIA CARE.
