Nokia — Repairing

I have a Nokia N72 mobile set, but in warranty period my cell have a problem. and I give it to Nokia care, but they are not repair my cell. they are providing me N73 but it's used mobile, they told me that it's new mobile... bt if it's new mobile dan why Ph is not sealed... n why they r probiding me N73... if it's new mobile than they can give me any phone in N72 range...how i can accept this mobile??????? without any gurantee
plz suugest me ...

I bought nokia 5800 in first week of january.it got dead during charging.in nokia care they demanded 2,000.for repairing my handset but my set is in warranty period.my no.is :-[protected].

i gave my nokia mobile model no.3600(slide) for lcd replacement. they received it. but after one day they returned it to me saying : it is not repairable. my model is of only two years old, purchased paying Rs.9500/=. it hurts me. so famous a company not caring for a consumer.please help.
