I renewed my contract and got the new Nokia Lumia 800 with a big disappointment. I have the phone not even for two months and already it was send in twice for repairs or software. After getting it back and the old problems was solved I got new ones. First it was my battery that was faulty, my internet not working and now after it went twice in for repairs it does'nt want to send any sms's. I phone the call centre, not even they can help. This is a big disappointment for me as I always chosen Nokia, well this will be the last time. Nokia is not looking after it's customers, it's just easy for them to say please take it in to repair centre, while I'm battling without a phone and spending all my time trying to sort out all these problems.
