I HAVE A NOKIA E90. MY PHONE IS HAVING A PROBLEM RIGHT FROM THE START. THE WEB BROWSER RESTARTS AND THE PHONE ALSO RESTARTS QUITE A LOT AUTOMAICALLY. I WENT TO NOKIA CARE AND THEY COULD DO NOTHING. PLEASE TELL WHAT SHALL I DO

Nokia — software problem since i have bought the phone

i am getting a lot of problem in using my nokia 7610 supernova phone since i bought it. i hav already got it repaired for three times but the same problem persists so kindly replace my phone

I AM PURCHASING A NOKIA HANDSET NOKIA 1650HAVING IMEI NO.[protected] FROM AKASH ELECTRONICS DEALER NAME:RAJ CHAUHAN -[protected] HAVING PROBLEM WITH SOFTWARE SECURITY CODE DEMANDS AGAIN AND AGAIN ALSO RING TONE NOT WORKING ALSO GOING TO SWICHED OFF AUTOMATICALLY.wE ALSO VISIT NOKIA CARE CENTER AT C-4, SECTOR -3 NOIDA UP 201301 THEY REPAIR IT THREE TIMES BUT THE PROBLEM IS SAME ALSO WHEN WE TOLD HIM TO REPLACE THAN THEY TOLD WE ARE UNABLE TO HELP.pLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL AS WE ARE VERY HARRASED BY NOKIA CARE.

I think there is software problem in ring tone sector of this mobile model 1650. when there is use of ringtone there arises a problem like switching off, deleting ring tones automatically. If the company can take care then this problem can be eradicated.

i have bought nokia 7210 supernova from my nearest hot spot shoroom
after 2 months it creates some problem in his mic the second person cannot hear my voice
i submitted my cell in nokia authorised NARESH COMMUNICATION ballabgarh
after every 10 days my hanset would be come from nokia & create same problem
again & again my hanset would be come i comes to me for 5 times now i can submitted again

plz solve my problem m waiting for ur response

I dont know why the software of nokia5800 is getting corupted so frequently. I have taken this phone thrice to nokia care and still the problems remain same. Nokia care is saying not to use the internet than why u have given the facility if it is of no use.

i have nokia 7210 supernova. purchased on 24th june 2009. it has got some error. it often switch off and doesnt switch on at times. i have given it in nikia customer care but again the same problem occurs. so tell me what should i do.

This is to inform you that i purchased a nokia 5130 on 11th march 2009 but till date i found that handset is not working properly and 3 times i visited the nokia care centre at nikjay comm aligarh and they solved the problem and again after few months problem is same and many times i lost my imp data and i got mental stress due to this so i request the centre to change the handset and they denied so plz do the needfull

Dear Sir I have purchased 1203-2 Basic Model Mobile 5 Month Back from the 2nd month onwards the mobile itself shout down and boots and hanging is an continuous problem.

I approached Nokia care centre and they told that they are re load the software.

Even after that the same problem is exist when I again approach the Nokia Care Center that they were informed the mobile cannot exchange but again they reload the software.

They informed that the problems are common in basic mobiles.

What I have to do software defect is not my problem I need help any body guide to whom I approach pray my grievance pl guide.

i want replace my mobile handset by company.

sir/mam my cell is nokia xpress music 5130 , i had purchased it 8 months back but now my cell is getting hang everytime i had been to nokia gallry 7-8 times but after getting repaired it again gets hang i m fed up of these problem . plzzzzzzzzzzzzz give any suggestion or else i change my cell ?

I gave my nokia mobile in nokia care ashok nagar branch.I am totally upset with the branch manager who spoke with me. His words are very irresponsible.i gave my mobile for the problem of water-logging.they changed my display reinstalled my software and gave.and the warranty period given to me was one month.after one month my display went toatlly blank and asking for the problem his response is worst.they are not customer friendly.
i kindly request you to take action on the branch manager who didnt know how to handle the customers.i have given the address of the nokia care showroom(ashok nagar branch)

Nokia Mobile — software remove automatically

my cell phone 2700 classic software automatically remove after service from service center .they can not remove properly this problem.

I have bought a nokia 2323c last october.Last ,may I had it software upgraded.Every time after that I had to update my phones software once two weeks.For A period I thought it was virus and I stopped using all features through which virus may be affected.Still phone got software complaints.I found that problem is occuring when I am sending group sms.I stopped sending group sms and problem is solved.But that is no cure for the problem.I have found that all 2323c has got this problem .I want a solution

i have purchased my nokia 5130 on 26th august 2009 and am continously having software problem since then and repaired it 3 times from nokia care and even once send to nokia company from nokia care then also they were not able to repair my handset properly and it stopped working 7th day after coming from company repair.
its a matter of shame for such a reputed company that after so much trial they are not able to solve my problem now what should i do now even my warrenty has finished so its the company fault that they have given me a faulty good so please give me justice.
