I have purchased this set on[protected] from Mr. Talk Teleshoppee 270 CARIAPPA Street Rajban ka pul Meerut Cantt. Tin No.[protected].
Kindly find attachment of my bill, scan photo of my mobile.
My mobile screen showing black patch and display has become blurt when I went to Nokia Care they told me that it’s screen dot damage.
But it is my personal phone and I told them that I did not drop it or it is not mishandled by me or other but they told me that it might have done due to pressure on screen. I did not understand what kind of pressure they are talking about is the mobile not a kind of stuff toy by which I play pressure game and it is also not a touch screen phone. Kind of add you people gave in world cup cricket match to promote this model kind of money you people invest in this model add, but I m surprise if this is the quality of your phone that it’s screen gat damage without any logical explanation, I hope you understand what I mean to say regarding this.
It is not an amount for which I m writing this mail it is about the quality of your phone.

These people did not even bother what I was suppose to say, I even told them I might approach to Nokia but they told me do whatever you want we will not cover it under warranty. Such a shabby behavior of your (Nokia Care??????) staff.
I also belong to customer service industry and I m in it from last 15 years and I make my customer satisfied at all level and my customer did not by 20000.00 Rs product it buy product costing 15 Lac The CAR. So I know how to deal with customer and how to make him satisfied with all of my power.
I hope you will reply with some logical explanation and will provide me the solution to my problem.
