I have purchase Nokia Lumia 620(white) on 05/05/2013 From NOKIA PRIORITY,Pacific mall,Tagore Garden No.4,New Delhi problem is back cover of mobile become black i have gone to your Nokia service centre Rudrapur,Uttarakhand.but he says we have no gaurantee of body cover (back cover).so we are helpless so please tell what will i do with new nokia Lumai 620 handset.how my back cover of handset will replace

My client has informed me that sh has purchased nokia no. 2505, mobile on date. 13-12-07. bill no.28229.

After one week from purchased the mobile screen has gone out of order, she handover mobile to you.
As per company rule you are support to exchange with a new piece.
That you have informed her that you will try to get it repaired & she will have bear charges of repairing this is against the company rules
So i have by call upon you to give her new mobile of same type or my client shall be constrained to initiate legal action against you.

Respected Sir,
I bought NOKIA 1208 No. [protected] as on[protected]. After a fortnight a problem arouse in mobile phone. It started to hang. Whenever I made a call, after that call it showed the balance amount of card. After that when I tried to open the lock, the keypad did not work for 5 or 10 minutes. I got the help from Nokia Customer Care. They reloaded the software. After one month the problem started again. I went again to Nokia Customer Care and they again reloaded the software. But the problem is still in my set.
Sir, the set was not repaired properly and I am not satisfied with your services. I am a Economics lecturer by profession. I teach at least 250 students daily. Now if any body asks me about your company and services, then you can think what I will have to speak about it.
So, I request you please solve the problem not for me but for the goodwill of your company.

Nokia / Mobile — replacement of BL5C battery

Sir, i m on of the user of nokia cell phone, i m using nokia 6600 mobile since last 3 &1/2 years .one year back, at the time when nokia BL5C battery was blasting.nokia promisses to replace the consumers battery .but my battery is still not replaced.i have already complaint on nokia 's website .i have gone to nokia care several time.so sir can i get my battery replaced?My mobile no.is [protected].and my address is prashant kumar tiwari, behind nandu garage, beside gyandeep vidyalaya, Telipara, Bilaspur(C.G.).

Nokia — why i purchased nokia???????????

purchased a new cell phone N-76, from nokia prority Sushil Telecom, G-65, Aggarwal plaza M2K sector -3 rohini delhi-110085. on 31 Oct. 2008.
after purchase a new phone when i switch on the phone it was not working after some try it did. automatically switched off with out pressing any button.
i went to nokia priority and told that phone is not working properly he said that u should charge the battery atleast min. 4 hours then switch on the phone. i said thanks.
next day again i went to his shop and told now again same problem. he said i just upgrade the phone may be software problem. i said OK.
next day again same problem, i said to the owner then he said may be some virus in memory card. i said pls. sir i purchased a phone from u. and i m not free every day i come pls. replace my phone. then he said check it today. tomorrow i will replace it if not work properly. i said thanks.
next day again same problem as i m workin in his shop i went again. then i said u have to replac it . then he said
sorry sir within 48 from the time of purchase we can replace the phone but now u r late. go to nokia care he will sort out matter.
then i went to nokia care centre there i hve to wait atleast 3 hours. they have done same thing upgrade the software. and now still not workin.
pls replace my phone otherwise i have to take some serious action.

NOKIA/MOBILE — Nokia-N6300 Purchased on 22nd June, 2007 complaint

This has reference to the abovementioned handset which was purchased from your authoried retailer "New Fair Business Center" 551 Jha/16, Ram Prasad Khera, Alambagh, LUcknow on the 22nd june, 2007 vide Invoice No. 3231 against cash payment of Rs. 9500.00 (a facsimile copy is annexed for your perusal)
2-That within a few months of purchasing the set, it's system started hanging and malfunctioning, which was consequently tendered for repair at your authorized Service Centre " B.K.&Co." Leela Mansion, GH, Lella Cinema, N.K. Road, Hazratganj, Lucknow on 3rd January, 2008 vide Service Sheet No.[protected]/080103/106, well within warranty period, but the said service centre could not repair the set and put a remark "MMC Corrupted Needed to be repaired" and returned the set without repairing.(copy a fascimile copy is annexed for your perusal)
3-Again the set was tendered at your same authorized serice centre, as herein mentioned in Para-2 of this complaint, on 30th July, 2008 vide S.No. 6217 and job no. 080719/161 but in vain and without any fruitful results. (a fascimile copy is annexed for your perusal)
4-It was again tendered at " Aryans Communication " 6B, Park Road, Lucknow, one of your authorized sercice centre, on 27th September, 2008, but the set was returned by them with remarks" Phone UPP Damage, Software not supported, handset not repairable" and an estimate of Rs. 1250.00 was endorsed on the service sheet by them on 31.10.08 (a facsimile copy is annexed for your perusal)
5-This is really very shocking that a company of your repute and standing in the Telecom. Market have not even a single authorized service agent who could have given a satisfactory service and arranged to get the set replaced which was tendered for repairing well within warranty period if at all it was not possible to repair the same.
I therefore vehementaly lodge a complaint regarding the set and request you to please look into the matter and arrange to get the set replaced, as whatsoever fault and malfunctioning occurred, it was within warranty period, within 15 days of receipt of this letter or I shal be constrained to seek legal remedies.

I have purchased a 7310c Model Mobile Handset from a Dealer in September 2009 and after seven months o[censored]se the keypad not working. The Dealer D.P.Electronics Pvt Ltd, Kolkata sent the set to Nokia Care and they returned to them saying that there is water content inside. Upon receiving back the mobile, I approached Nokia Care, AM Mobile Telcon Pvt Ltd., P-39 Princep Street, Kolkata-72 disputing that no water has gone inside the mobile. After checking, they admitted and took the mobile handset under Warranty for repair on 4th May 2009. But till date I have not received the same back duly repaired.

I AGREE THAT NOKIA IS A BIG COMPANY AND MAKING SO MANY PROFIT ON SELLING THEIR PRODUCT
BUT I DISAGREE THAT NOKIA IS SELLING GOOD PRODUCTS AND GIVING ADEQUATE SERVICES TO THEIR

Nokia Mobile — New Nokia Mobile

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have purchase nokia 6600Slide on 25th Sept.09 from Authorised dealer of Nokia - Alfa ( Mumbai) & i am facing problem of incoming voice & till date Nokia service centre (Vashi Mumbai) has repaired three times & after 1 or 2 days its again giving same problem & Nokia service centre is helpless in my case. I m not able to use my phone properly for few days.

Sir I have deposited my Nokia N-70 @ your service centre at Howrah Vision Care which was out of warranty they took the set and said that it will charge Rs.400 I said ok repair it now they have heated the IC's and they are saying that I will give you New board but you have to pay to me Rs.5000. then sir say it is my fault I was ready to pay Rs.400 now you engineer had made the mistake then why should I pay for it Sir.So it is a request to You that please look at this matter as earliest as you can because I belongs to a Poor family and is impossible to buy the mobile several times.
