The Nokia customer care executives

This is to inform you that I Avijit Roy Chowdhury,bought a Nokia x6 8gb(IMEI no-[protected]) mobile phone on 29/1/2011, after which I am facing various problems in the phone.problems such as poor imcoming audio quality,ringtone issue,software & auto restart. I took the phone to Suri Nokia Care Center(West Bengal,dist-Birbhum) on the very next day 30/1/2011.there they informed me that it will be sorted out within the next 7 working days. I went back to Suri on 11/2/2011 and I found out the phone in the same condition as I had left. They informed me that your Delhi unite has sent it back without repairing and sharing no valid reason.
Now I have again deposited it to your Burdwan Nokia Care (ncc no 297_504886,job sheet no 110228/13)(West Bengal,dist-Burdwan) on 28/2/2011.
I would love to know how this problem is going to be sorted out. My phone was troublesome from the very first day and I feel like cheated by your Nokia care unit. I want it to be replaced and not repaired. I paid for a new phone and I was provided with a faulty one. If I don’t receive a new one soon in exchange I would file a case in the consumer forum against Nokia.please do the needful.

I M SHRUTI I BOUGHT NOKIA X2 SET FROM LUDHIANA, , NOKIA PRIORITY GHUMAR MANDI...I PURCHASED IT ON 30 .11.2010..THE IMEI NO OF THE SET IS [protected]..AFTER 3 4 DAYS..IT GETING SWITCHED OF ND HANGED..WE GAVE THE SET TO NOKIA CARE ..ND AFTER 4 5 DAYS THEY GIVE IT BACK ND SAYS THE SET IS OK...BUT THIS PROBLEM REPEATED 8 9 TIMES ...THEY SO MANY TIMES INSTALL SOFTWARE BUT THE SET IS NT PROPERLY WORKING...THEN THEY CHANGE THE INTERNAL BOARD SO THE NEW IMEI NO IS [protected]...BUT AGAIN THE SET IS SWITCHED OF AT THE TIME OF CHARGING ND LISTENING SONGS...WE ARE SO MUCH FED UP FROM ALL THIS...WE AGAIN GIVE IT TO NOKIA CARE AT FOUNTAIN CHOWNK LUDHIANA.ON 25 .2 2011.PLS GAVE A NEW SET ...AUR SOLVE OUR PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSIBLE...OTHERWISE WE GO TO CONSUMER COURT...
