Nokia — Mobile get switched off within a second continously

Dear Sir, i had purchased a nokia Lumina 620 mobile on 06.06.2013 at show room . last week my mobile got automatically swiched off within a second and even switch on the mobile got switch off . for this complaint i had given my mobile to Nokia service centere at Hosur on 22.10.2013 and the job sheet no is 1375 and i got the mobile after service at 23.10.2013 at 6pm . while hadovering the phone they told that battery has low and to be charge for 3 hrs and they dont know how to switch ON the phone, when i came back to my home and charge the phone and the battery is 84 % without charging . i had bad experience of this service and 0% response from this service . the same feedback get from other peoples which given service for that centre . Sincere request to do the needful as soon as possible to get the customer dissatifaction and marketing image of your brand will affect. I am very much disappointed with the service of NOKIA. no one is taking this issue seriously regularly. If the Mobile is not put into use by you or your authorized representatives, I will be left with no other option but to seek the legal assistance of the appropriate forum to get my grievances redressed. I am not really happy with the way that your after care service centre is functioning, since they are simply interested in charging the customers rather than addressing the issue/problem rightfully. I hope you will understand my mental agony and the problem I have been facing all these days and set the issue amicably since it is the responsibility and duty of the producing firms to attend to the customers’ needs. I am not satisfied.. The cell has purchased Just few months ago I am very sorry to say - The service Nokia is providing are worse than the Government Service..
