We had purchase the mobile phone on 6/12/2009 from ALFA, Mumbai - 56 and since then the mobile was sent for Hanging, Phone Locking, Not responding and abrupt Power Off problem to the dealer and subsequently on their direction we visited Nokia Dealer next to the shop. They showed our person that the mobile is ok and has no problem. However, again we showed the mobile with the same problem to another care center at Malad, Sarvesh Telecom having job sheet no.[protected]/091209/14 dated 9/12/2009 and even then the problem persists, though they claim to have repaired or fixed the problem.
We are very upset with the abysmal service Nokia has provided to us and as such want a full refund of our money as the mobile delivered to us is 100% faulty and we do not want to continue with the same handset. Was this information helpful? |
