sir,
i purchased nokia 5233 in june from bhopal.
from the date i purchased it has been submitted for repair for more than 5-6 times and of these twice it has been sent to their HO and still it is lying with them for the third time and for the same problem.
- i have replaced the headphone.
- there is noise in the music player when volume is increased or decreased and also the songs stretches like a tape recorder when played for 1/2 hr or more.
- time automatically changes.
- when reminder is switched off camera opens automatically.
nearly 50% of the time after purchase it has been lying with the nokia repair centre, i could not use the phone properly and require to visit nokia care ofter.
this is disturbing my job, i m required to take leave/ permission and requested nokia to replace the phone but they are not ready to do so and are saying that after a week check at the noka centre for status whether it is repaired or replaced.
the set i got has some manufacturing defect, the problem of automatic time change is persisting in the handset and not getting resolved and i cannot be a part of nokia R&D team to again and again visit their service centre and ask them to repair the set.
i request you to kindly help me getting my MONEY BACK from nokia for the set i purchased which is a defective one and also i would ask for compensate me for the problem i faced regarding the set and service they did.
