I had purchased the Nokia mobile -Black- MODEL NO 1200, SL NO [protected] .WIDE INVOICE NO 3281-from MOBILE SHOP, Palakkad, Kerala and activated with BSNL sim.
After 2 months, the mobile voice signals are not effective and noted that some times voice receiving on the other end is disturbed and not clear. this matter was informed to MOBILE SHOP and while testing no complaints noted and was functioning properly. after 2 weeks the same complaint repeated and brought to notice of Mr Benny, C.A. NOKIA CARE and informed that this is due to BSNL sim card. Informed that this sim is properly functioning in other hand sets. Due to my repeated request, inspected in detail after dismantling, and informed that they have noticed presence of moisture inside the card AND WARRENTY IS NOT APPLICABLE.
I was using this mobile with utmost care and I am surprise that how the moisture got trapped inside the set. This mobile was purchased due to the brand image of the mobile NOKIA and my past experience on NOKIA sets
Hence I request YOUR PERSONAL AINTERVENSION in this matter and pass necessary instructions to NOKIA CARE palakkad to set right this problem immidiately
