[Resolved] Nokia Mobile — NOKIA C5-00 Mobile KeyPad Stick Not Proper | |||
Hi My Mobile Model is NOKIA C5-00 and the IMEI code is [protected]. The Mobile is purchased a year ago. Exactly after the warranty period(that is 1 year from the purchase date) is completed the Keys in the Keypad started getting removed one by one. At present i dont have any other option other than replacing the new keypad itself. I have never expected such a problem in the NOKIA mobile since its believed that NOKIA is one of the very stable mobile product. I want to bring this to the notice of the NOKIA team and would like to get some clarification from them about this problem. Regards Jegan Was this information helpful? | |||

I purchased nokia c5-00 at 7july.After 15 day the phone completly dead,i submitted that phone at nokia care on 24july for service and they ask me to wait for 10 days but after 16 day they again ask me to wait 1-2 weeks and not give me the satisfactory answer.they can not be able to tell me the correct phone situation.please help me.
