I have purchased a nokia mobile phone model 5300 IMEI number[protected] 071034 on 19 July 2007.With in a week after purchased the phone developed a snag and got hanged.the phone was deposited to your service centre M/S Om Ujala communication located at Sec-5,Dwarka on 29 July 2007 vide Job street no[protected]/0707291.The mobile was repaired and given back to me on 09 aug 2007,but with the problem still peristsed .the mobile was again given back same problem again back same day for repair/swap vide Job sheet no[protected]/0708096 on 09 aug 2007.I recived the mobile back on 21 aug 2007 after 12 days, to my surprise the problem was remain unresolved and the phone never looked the same,as its screen was full of scratches,which shows the level of competency of workmanship and care being taken at your care centres.

pls repair it as soon as possible

my name is sumedh sood ; i had given my N 73 for repair of joystick ; to nokia care centre Meerut on 9th Aug ; till date it is not repaired ; even today after checking with them ; they are asking for atleast one more week to repair it ..

is anyone responsible ; look into my complaint and do the needful

I have Purchased Noika 6300 Model dated on 04/11/2008 for being this cell to till date headset conectivity problem goes on. I have given this cell to repair for Noika Care centre Dhule Dist. Dhule this centre have been send this cell to Mumbai Office. Finally Mumbai office have been remarked[protected]
Non warrenty liqued damage Problem. and he has been charged Rs.56/- for inspection the cell.

I don't know within the warrenty period of this cell nokia care centre could not agree to repiar the cell.

so please help me other than i will go the consumer foram and declare the leading news papars.

Nokia Cell Phones — Repair Issue.

I am Regulary facing the problems in my Nokia Handset 6500 Slide which is still under warranty. Even the Nokia Care Center got it repaired several times but still the problems can't be rectified. As i deposited the set on 5th .Oct.2009 but still no status has been updated to me .

As the Handset falls under the warranty status therefore i want it replaced with the new one. But my Company is regularly giving me excuses. They are not providing me with any details or updations.

I request that revert to this attempt asap.
