Nokia Mobiles — Facing issues with Lumia 800 but no response from Nokia

Hi,

I bought Nokia Lumia 800 set from Marathalli Bangalore. Since very first date i am facing lots of issues like while calling on headset sounds not getting reduced by using sound keys. Voice is not clear, Overheating issues like burning a set. While connecting a set with external speakers sound is not coming properly.

Since very first day i am regularly going to Nokia care center for getting solution. Wasted my lots of time and took half day leaves from office. But no responses.

I did lots of complaint. Left my set with Nokia care center on 9th feb and collected after 19th Feb they told everything is fine now. But again if faced all the same issues. Again i did complaint and given my set to nokia care center on Feb 26th and collected on 13th March. At this time also they told everything they have fixed. But still on the same date i faced all the issues.

I left my handset with Nokia Guys almost for 1.5 Months but no resolution yet. I know its a manufacturing defect. When i asked them to replace the set they told replacement is not in their policy.

I have only hope with Consumer Court. If its really effective just try to resolve my issue. I just want replacement of my set.

Nokia — bad executive response

Dear sir/madam,
i am narender kaushik purchased the mobile phone Nokia 6500 slider on[protected] from hot spot bill number[protected] customer id = [protected], from the purchased to now my mobile had 3 problems in it.all were get resolved from the nokia care address bunglow no .02, main patel road in front of metro pillar no 229. west patel nagar, delhi -110008,

But today as on september 14- 2009My mobile had a another problem there is no display in the screen. for that i bring my phone at nokia care as same before, there were a guy name Mr. Sachin assured me that the mobile mother board wiring is get corrupted and for repairing of that they will be charge me 2700 rs with no warranty. i told him for the warranty of my phone, then he replied me that you must be open the phone from outside local mobile mechanic but some body ask him why should i make open the phone from outside if it is in warranty. i am very frustrate after the way of talk of that guy, i came back home and start working on my phone i thought why should i make the restore then i do it and my phone get normal now.

but my complaint is against that guy who want to theft me. that Mr. Sachin in nokia care.

I have send the mail as per your post.

Apart that i called nokia care center. They provided fake information to me. First when i asked them to provide me the status of my complaint they denied that there is no complaint at all. After that i gave them a complaint number ( The Service Request No. is 1-[protected]
Job Sheet #:[protected]/130209/42 ), They told there is no data in this complaint. After that when i told them all the details and i ask them to transfer the call to the senior executive they denied that they can't do that. After a long debate "INDRAJ" (costumer care executive) transferred the call to a person "Gurupreet" (Don't know whether he is a senior executive or not ). After a discussion when i asked the employee code of the Gurupreet he denied. They told that according to NCC i am going to deposit my handset. But i never told NCC the same. In mails also i am having in written that i am not going to deposit set anymore since i got fade up by doing all this.

So i am eligible to raise a case against NOKIA for 420
1. Before selling the handset when i asked for services they told its near to the place. And i will never face any servicing issues (But Nokia care center sent handset to delhi center that takes around 15 days time)
2. Customer care executive providing fake information to the customer like in their record they have mentioned that i am going to submit handset for repairing but the i have never committed for that.

According to RTI i am eligible to knowing that -
1. Each time what are the observation, analysis, repairing they have done. I want details of each.
2. What are quality checks they have performed after repairing a handset. A report of test procedure.
