[Resolved] Nokia ; Model: 6300 — Display Problem | |
Hi, I have bought a Nokia Mobile(Model 6300-[protected]) Last Sep-2008. Still it is under warranty Peroid .In it I meet many problem. I encounter a problem in that mobile, and i approached nokia care centre. I notice a very poor response from nokia care centre. When i gave for the first time for service, they didnt solved the problem in my mobile and i got without any service.Then i took time and again gave it to nokia care centre,Adyar, Chennai on[protected].Job sheet No:1252. Still, i didnt get back my mobile and when i tried to contact them, they are simply dragging, by extending the delivery date. Till date, im not aware what is happening there. The people over there are irresponsible and didnt even care for the customers. These type of behaviour by nokia care centre will let down the nokia customers. Those service people are not capable of handling customers. This complaint will try to highlight the irresponsible service man and the sufferers like me. NOKIA MOBILE 6300 MODEL — LCD PROBLEM
Dear Sir,I have purchased a mobile model 6300 in Dec'2008. I have got problem on LCD which on black spot mark last week. After 5- 7 days it became Staright line . I have lodged complaint No[protected]/091029/1 on dated 29.10.09. In the same time mean to say that the hand set in Warranty period ,there are no external damage. But Service Center told that This work will be done in chargable basis .
I request you, Please consider my case we are using 6 nos Nokia Brand mobile in our family last 8 years. For the goodwill the customer, Please reapir / replaced necessory spares as earliest possible.

Nokia 6300 — Problem with the display
Dear Sir,I bought this set of mine Nokia 6300 IEMI No. [protected] on 18th October 2007. The set has problem in its diplay screen I went for the Nokia Care and they directed me to wait for a month. They have sent it to the company, which is making me suffer a lot. I am unable to make contacts and has hampered my work. I want it to get replaced as the product is under the Guarantee/ Warrantee period.
