Nokia — Defective model 2323 | |||
Dear sir, I had purchased a nokia handset 2323c from a reputed handset dealer.However after three months o[censored]sage it started giving away. I already gave it once to repair at the nokia care centre.It gets automatically hanged and switched off due to no reason. Data gets deleted, message folder keeps saying "message memory storage not ready". Especially if the user is getting three messages at a time it cannot handle it. t switches off reinitialises and after that again says message memory not ready. It seems to me a useless phone.The purpose why i chose this phone was to take a simple model as nokia atleast in the indian market ,among middle class people holds a good status for its basic model. But this model seems to be the worst of all. Other companies provide us with camera facility also at the same price. This will be third time i'll be giving my phone to the nokia care centre in two months. All my data has been lost and most of all this phone does not support a memory card which was not mentioned before i took the phone. all i could see was bluetooth,music player, etc.It does not even support the themes properly. What kind of a phone has nokia come up with? Was this one of their ways of cheating people? I was expecting nokia to atleast withdraw the phones from the market, see to the fault and then reintroduce it.The ones who have already taken the phones have no choice but to put p with it.I'm repenting now because I never checked out other company models ever as i believed in nokia phones.I am very disappointed with nokia for this. Nokia — A Defective Nokia Model
To Whomsoever it may ConcernThis is to inform you that I purchased a Nokia mobile 6080 from the dealer "Big C" at Hyderabad on the 4th of November 2007.
From the day one we found that the mobile was a defective piece as the number used to get dialed automatically while on conversation itself. On contacting the Nokia Care Centre they seemed to first of all not look into the matter as they responded very reluctantly. Only after speaking to the customer care at Chennai they took the mobile for the so called replacement and I was informed that the handset would be coming back to me only in about 20-25 days.
What I would like to tell you is that I have been a very loyal customer to Nokia from the past 7 years as I owned more than 10 models in that span. It is very disheartening to receive a poor response from Nokia who claim to be the World's No.1 Company.
I was also informed that the particular model (6080) has so far received many complaints and has been a failure. If this is the case I just want to know why Nokia is allowing its dealers to promote this model which is a big failure with a lot of defects. After the battery issue I think you got to be a lot more careful with the models that are being promoted as this is a case of severe contemplation as it costs the brand image of Nokia.
Without a further delay and a stretching of 20-25 days I intend to get an immediate solution with either a replacement with a new model or with a new handset at the earliest.
