My Nokia N- 70 got stolen while travelling by local train in Mumbai between Borivali to Kandivali, the EMEI No. of the phone is[protected] and the SIM card was bearing no. [protected], Borivali Police have registered an FIR in this matter but I am not sure what step they will take to trace the phone. On contacting Nokia Help Line no. I am informed that Nokia do not block or trace the lost handsets. Is there any helpline or agency who help tracing the lost mobile? Please help/suggest what I should in this case?

This is to inform you that one of my mobile phone, model number-Nokia 1650, IMEI:[protected], ITEM:002J3X6, made in Romania, has been stolen, today at about 8.30am in the morning traveling in a local train, travelling in Kolkata.(Jadavpur to Sealdah. I would like to get a confirmation that my mobile has been made defunged by which the theves can not get any selling profit or can not use it.
