[Resolved]  Nokia N 8 — video format not working

i purchased a nokia n8 in november and after few months it got hanged.
i gave it in the service center and they updated a new version.
it still hangs a few times and restarts again.
AND the formats which are used in the videos like xdiv or divx mp4 is not working in my phone.
i am not able to put any movie in my phone.
i also emailed nokia about this complaint but didnot get any reply.

i hope after registering my complaint on this nokia will revert back.
