DEAR SIR/MADAM, this is B PRADEEP KUMAR i am consumer o[censored]r product N97 MINI COMPLAINT NO 1-[protected] I have lodged a complaint against ur NOKIA CARE CENTRES with ur customer care i have raised a complaint on 21st march my mobile TOUCH and other things have been changed it with other TOUCH because i have been using the mobile(N97) FOR last 10 months i know how my mobile touch was and what color it was I'M VERY MUCH DISSATISFIED WITH UR CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE PPL THEY SAID THEY ARE LOOKING AFTER THE PROBLEM YESTERDAY I HAVE BEEN PUT HOLD FOR UR SURVEY CONDUCTS FOR MANY TIMES WHILE I WAS WAITING FOR UR REPRESENTATIVE TO RESPOND IF THE PROBLEM IS NOT SATISFIED WITH IN SHORT SPAN I WILL ASSURE THAT I AM GOING TO MAKE FURTHER LEGAL STEPS I HAVE CALLED UR SERVICE FOR 15 TO 20 TIMES BUT NOT SATISFIED WITH UR SERVICE PLS DO THE NEEDFUL AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE Was this information helpful? | |||

NOKIA N 97 Mini — touch panel problem
I S.K.Arora, purchased a N97 Mini(White),on 15/4/10(sending you attached copy of bill)I have been facing the problem with the handset for long period of time, my first complain was on 7/5/2010,for touch panel but it went for a software updating. Second I gave it on 10/1/2011 it was again touch panel problem which took 15 days to get repaired then again the problem occurred on 24/2/2011 again the problem was same.Even today I am facing the same problem. I visited to NOKIA CARE and after that they told me to submit the instrument again and they will send the mobile instrument to the NOKIA HEAD OFFICE NEW DELHI.
Now the point is for how many time do I have to get it repaired, second every time such things happens I lose my data which causes a great lose in my business, I’ am very disappointed with the handset, is a defective piece was given to me or what is the problem? In all this I’ am suffering a lot. Why every time same problem is occurring just cannot understand?
Kindly replace my handset or else I have to apply to consumer court!
