I purchased Nokia N70-1(N-70 M) in on 2nd August 2007 in From a Nokia dealer in Secunderabad. It worked well for about 8 months after that it use to blink/switch off sometimes in the middle of talk. However it was still working. In July 2008, it suddenly stopped with mobile not getting started at all. On 1st of August 2008, gave this mobile for repair to Nokia Care Center in Secunderabad. They took 25 days to deliver me back the mobile with the same problem. With an 2 hrs of taking the delivering and operationalizing it, it again stopped. I gave it back on 26th August to Nokia Care with a hope that they will repair it properly and give me back. So far there is no repair. On enquiry from their Nikia careline where I launched the complaint (No:2-3 AWGRC), I learnt that the set will bedelivered on 13 Sept 2008. I asked the specific date for the NOkia Care Center Secunderabad people do not care to lift the phone. They even do not bother to call the customer to inform the status of the repair. Customer has to evry time go there personally and come back empty handed. This is really a big harassment to customers. Nokia Care should care for the customers. It appears that Nokia Care are really is a Nokia No-Care centers. I hope my mobile set is delivered on 13th as promised with requisite and proper repair.

the managment first said it would take a week .you can collect your phone after a week
when ivisited them they said it would take one more week.in during when called their helpline they simply cut my phone.now its 3rd week.y do you run this kind of services
when you cant promise service
