[Resolved] Nokia N70 — Network problem not resolved after 3 times repair by the company

I purchased NOKIA N70 for Rs. 18200/- but it has not even benefited me according to the rate. I had a problem of network in my set and after 10 days of working it stopped, even after three times of service from NOKIA it was not resolved and at last company escaped by saying that now it is out of warranty. they opened my phone and repaired it and damaged the whole set. Nokia N70 — Network problem

I hv bought Nokia N70 2 years back these days it is nt properly working. There is network but while calling it shows connection error n if calling to it the voice come that phone is switched off. Some times it works. I hv given it to nokia care for repair but they refused to repair it. So how can i get it done
