I was a proud owner of your restegious product, mobile phone N72. Being a Telecom Engineer in Railways I was allways having very high openion about your product and your after sale service. That is why I purchased the above phone fone from NOKIA PRIORITY DEALER R J P COMBINES, Hajees, english church road, near mission school, PALAKKAD 678014 on 09/02/08, for my son AKHIL B S. But the phone started giving complaints and I have to get it replaced by another one . This phone also showed complaints as its camera was not at all functioning properly. Again I approched the dealer who directed me to the coustomer care centre (AGNUS NOKIA CARE NOORNI, SHORNOOR ROAD PALAKKAD). I had handed over the phone there on 01/04/2008.
But with deep regret I inform you that the mobie Phone was not serviced and returned that to me till date (24 DAYS OVER). A coustomer who had great belief and faith in the company and its products was thus left high and dry bitter experiances by purcasing a mobile phone of rupees 8500/- from the autherised dealer. More over I am not at all satisfied by the coustomer service rendered by your dealer and service centre people. Insted of solving my problem of having a Quallity Phone for my use they are simply keeping me in darkness about the fate of my phone and what is their next course of action. So I must humbly request you to intervene in this matter and render the justice to me and help a good coustomer by meeting his minimum demand of service that are promised as per your warranty conditions

Nokia N72 — regarding product
Hi,the mobile is not functioning as it should. some time It get hanged and need to restart. Is there any process to over come this.
