i have taken nokia n73 bill dated 25/7/08 IMEI NO: [protected] i was facing problem in network the mobile was not catching network i went to NOKIA CARE BHIWANI ON 21/7/09 they took the phone n said u will get it in 15 days but they returned it in 32 days by no the phone's joy stick and foward camera was not working. i told the manager about this he said we are not responcible for this and he said there in no warrenty of this phone . and when i asked him for fed back and complaint form he refused to give. THIS IS WHAT NOKIA CARE BHIWANI CUSTMOR SATISFACTION POLICY IS ... but they returned it in 11 days by no the phone's joy stick and foward speaker was not working.
