Nokia N73 — Bad Service

I had purchase a Nokia N73 on-27/5/09 IMEI-[protected] after a day the battery problem was created and after a month its software problem was created them I sent the cell to the service center for 1st time on-07/0709 but its problem was not solved then after one monthe I was again sent my cell phone to the service center foe2nd time on-06/0809 But its problem remained same then for 3rd time on-28/08/09 I was sent the phone with a application that they had to perfectly repair my cell otherwise I would gone to the counsumer forum But once again the problem remains. Now I send the phone to the service center that I want replacement but they want to return me the old one thats why I am not reciveing the defected phone. It is my very big problem please solve this problem which is created on me please please do something

As i have given many mails & many request no one has resposponded to this. I think ur company only sells the product not give a good service. I am now using nokia5200 but unforcunatly it had went to service center many times. The details are follows

Nokia N-73 — Bad Service

i was purchase the new hand set Nokia N-73 but in few month it regularly give problems i.e. Not Powering on & Disturbance in Ringer i Submit the Phone in Service Center Located Jalandhar with Job Sheet no.[protected]/08/1118/13 Dated[protected] till today[protected] not reply from nokia Service center they are saying your phone will be ok with in two days therafter within two days ever & ever please hepl me to sort it out

Nokia — Poor Service & Bad Quality

I purchased Nokia N70 music edition phone in April 2008. From July to October I did not use my N70 since I was in the onsite and I got a handset from client. In October, 1st time N70 started problem. Mouth piece was not working. I was able to make call by using headphone but not by handset. Nokia care told me that they will replace the mouth piece for that they have taken 15 days. That 15 days I was cut off from the world. Again I got the same problem in end of November 2008. Again 15 days I was cut off from the world. Now again in January I got the same problem. They are not replacing the set. In the warranty period I got the same problem 3 times which shows how good quality Nokia is. I suggest every one don't go with name & brand Nokia. They are cheater.

the seventh and eighth nos are 02, i heard that,

"IF the Seventh & Eighth digits are 02 or 20 this means your cell phone was assembled in Emirates which is very Bad quality

IF the Seventh & Eighth digits are 01 or 10 this means your cell phone was manufactured in Finland which is very Good"

If they are selling bad quality mobile, is this not cheating? tell me a solution
