I wz using Nokia N73. Due to some problems in the mic, i had to give it for repairs to Nokia Care. But at the time of inspection, they probably mishandled the front camera IC n started makin claims tht it wz a physical damage. Man, how can i go inside the phone n pluck one IC tht way? They gave me vague reasons abt the front camera IC and never spoke about the problems in the mic. The main concern was the mic and they came up with a new problem of the front camera, which according to me, was working fine before i gave my phone for repairs. They are not ready to accept that its their fault. Also, even though my phone is still valid under the Warranty conditions, they are planning to charge me for the same. Can somebody do anything about it.
They told me that i would get the delivery of my phone within 8 days. But today is the 14th day and yet there are no signs of delivering the phone back to me. Really bad on Nokia's part.

nokia/N-73 — Delay in delivery
Dear Sir,I am customer of NOKIA from last 10years n I bought N-73 last years.
I was left my cell at u’r Care center on 11-Aug-09 due to some technical problems a) Back camera not working, b) Poor audio quality.
U’r rep. committed that u can receive u’r mobile phone tomorrow on 15-Aug-09 but still my cell not repaired.
They give false commitments from last week.
If my transreceiver difficult to repair then replace it.
I think its wastage of our time.
Plz do needful.
