[Resolved]  Nokia N79 — harassment and irresponsible deed done by nokia care centre

I like to inform you through this application that I am being continously harrased and have been given very poor and irresponsible response from nokia care centre, kanpur.
here are the complete details, I bought nokia N79 on 22 july 2009 from allahabad. in september the display went completly out of order, then I submitted it to nokia care centre , kanpur . After 15 days they returned it to me with repairing the display problem but with another problem that is 3 important softwares got deleted from my set but due to urgency of mobile phone I accepted it. But again after 1 month the set went completely dead. then I agin submitted it to the nokia care centre , kanpur on 16th november 2009 from then onwards it has been repaired thrice but due to one or any other problem have to submit it again and again. Till now my set is in nokia care centre, kanpur and I have lost all hope in the services of nokia care. Now I want either it replaced with a new one or my complete money back.
I am enclosing the details of my mobile set and the problems incurred in it.

Hello,
The N79 is a very buggy phone from the firmware to the hardware. I myself being an N79 customer can tell this. Listen my phone developed a blank screen problem. I took it to Nokia Care, they told me my warranty is void as there is liquid in my device. I was shocked as there has been no water spill to my phone. I took my phone back.

I sent a notice to Nokia head office about my issue requesting for replacement or i will sue them and will approach media. And after 4 days they replied and told they will replace my phone. The next day i was given a brand new sealed N79 from Nokia care. You can do the same.
