I have purchased brand new nokia model N-79 mobile handset from your authorised dealer M/s Music world, Kolhapur on 19.10.2009. The reference nos. is as under 1. IMEI No. [protected] 2. Battery No. [protected] 3. Charger No. [protected] However, there are few problems in the handset which are as under 1. I vibrate sometime without any reason. 2.Colour of the screen changes without any reason. 3. Sometimes there is no access to the contact. 4. Battery discharges after few hours. I have serviced the said handset 2-3 times by your local service centre, at Kolhapur. Irrespective of that the problem exists. Kindly replace the handset.
