Nokia N8 — Brand new NOKIA N8 handset defect not being replaced with a new one! | |||
I bought a brand new NOKIA N8 on[protected]Box price 26,000 approx). From the day of purchase it was going dead again and again. Due to lack of time i was able to contact the nokia care centre only a month later on[protected]NRI communications, O-9 1st floor, Lajpat Nagar). They told me that there is a defect in the handset and offered me a replacement for which i was made to wait for 3 weeks. Finally on 4-1-2011 i was handed a visibly old N8 mobile of different colour. I refused to accept that. Those people offered no further help and turned me away from the shop. Now i am fighting to get justice. Please help me. Are we people to pay for a new phone (with one year so called warranty) and finally settle down to use a old one for a fault of their company? There are thousands of posts in the nokia website abt this. The prblm is theirs. Plz join in the fight against nokia. Was this information helpful? | |||
