I purchase mobile phone of Nokia, Model N93 (black) (IMEI No. [protected]), from electro world, G-1 (Savitri market), Sec-18, Noida (U.P)-201301 in April 2007 with bill. The mobile was having the problem of frequent hanging and/or some keys just would not work. besides, the zoom of the camera was malfunctioning. The mobile was under warranty and hence deposited with Nokia Care, Sec-2 Noida(U.P)-201301 for repair vide their jobsheet no. [protected] dated 10th Aug 2007. The mobile has been lost by the nokia care (their engineer has certified on the jobsheet) and they tried to handover the old set of somebody else to me which was turned down. They were told to return my original handset. For past 4 months, nobody at nokia care is listening. It seems that I will have to address the problem to consumer protection forum to get back my original set with original warranty enhanced by 4 months or the period of delay due to negligence of nokia care.
