[Resolved] Nokia N96 — keypad malfunctioning | |
To, The senior manager NOIKIA INDIA. Subject :- nokia n96 key pad problem Dear Mr. Manager, This is to inform you that i have purchased nokia n96 from planet m gip mall noida with imei no [protected]. And with in 4 months from the purchase the set is being presented to nokia care centre 4 time for same problem of key not working properly, this shows the quality of your most expensive product in India. And every time when i recieved the phone back it was full of scratches, loose slider, dust particles in the screen etc. This shows the quality of service nokia offers at thier repair centre. Now again i have the same problem. Now what are my options, i am forced to file a case against nokia india. It seems that if some one is buying a nokia product then he is automatically appointed on a job with no wage and work is to keep on visint nokia care center every 20 days to get the brand new handset repaired. n96 — KEY PROBLEM
I had given my hand set (N96) to your authorized service center "Paramount Service, Indu Bhawan, Opp. Jorhat Fire Bridgade Station, Jorhat Assam PIN- 785001 on 04.06.2009 (JOB SHEET NO. 32077).But till date i.e. after elapse of more than 1 & 1/2 month also your authorized service center is not being able to repair the handset.
Being a market leader in manufacturing mobile hand sets and in top end models like N96, I was expecting quality products from Nokia. But the performance of the model is not at all satisfactory.
You urgent kind intervension is requested.

n96 — non functional
purchased only one month back; gets stuck quite often and hangs; no response from nokia; too high price for the functionalities it delivers; the phone also had a minor crack on the screen which was unnoticed by me and purchased in good faith but the dealer promptly laid the blame on me; this is the response to consumer problems from the most trusted brand
