Nokia — Auto restart while clicking back option in portrait mode in real player

Sir, i have a C5-03. IMEI- [protected]. I am from Nagaon, assam. My name is Chinmoy Tamuli Phukan. I have sucks many problem with my handset. About 4 times it has been sent 2 nokia service center. Once they replaced it. But the same problem will occur with it. The problem is when you playing videos in real player, then you click back option in portrait mode a blank screen will appear and the phone gets restart. Actually C5-03 is one of the most worst handset that nokia had ever launched, and the service provided by nokia service center was too worst. So, if they send it again, then the same will occur again. So, please help me.. That the next time i will not occur the problem. Please help me.
