Nokia 6300 — unproper servicing
i buy a mobile before six months, but my mobile was always complaints. after servicing another complaint is occuring on my mobile it was not occured past. within six month they service my mobile four times and also they take sevicing time up to 15-18 days. most of the time mobile was in the nokia's hand only few time i used. for silly complaints nokia care sending my mobile to delhi and the company is not willing to replace my mobile.51%

i got a new nokia 6300 mobile 3 months back.i found some black lines in my NOKIA 6300 display, i'm sure that was not a physical damage. I gave my mobile for repair in NOKIA ZONE 10 K.R.Pusham complex, aarthy theatre road.dindigul, tamilnadu, india.i checked the status of my mobile with my job sheet number 58546550/090430/42 in online, the status showed it was repaired, but when i went back to the care centre to collect my repaired mobile they got my signature in the service jobsheet saying that the mobile was repaired.when i got my mobile back from them it was not repaired i still found the black lines in display.then i came to know that my mobile was untouched.when i asked them about this, they had some discussion among them and said this is a physical damage and it costs around Rs.1450 for replacement.i just want to bring to ur attention that, they are the one who said that my mobile is repaired and got my sign but how come they can charge me telling that as a physical damage?i just feel that this is not a proper way to treat a customer.please do take some neccessary steps to over come this problem.
