Nokia — nokia is cheating with consumers

I had bought a nOKia c6-00 device. its started give display and touchpad problem in January 2013. i had submitted that handset to the dealer from where i had purchased the handset. i called up next day they said we have submitted your handset to the nOKia care. then in the evening i got a call said that my handset will be sent to higher level repair centre at Delhi which will take around 15-20 days. i said OK go ahead. 20 days passed i called up the nOKia care they said my handset is not ready and will take few more days. i told them that i am going out of town give me my handset within two days they said it is not pOSsible but we will try. but they were not able to give me my phone. by the time i got some urgent work and had to go out of town. i came back in April 2013. when i went to the dealer he said sir your handset was not irreparable so company has given another model. nOKia had had given a lumia610 model without asking my concern, my requirements that too a old refurbish handset. when dealer said that u got a another model as a replacement i thought it must be a box pack handset. but this handset was loOSe and it was loOKing old, used by its physical appearance. but i was tired running behind this nOKia so i accepted the handset. but the trauma not ended up here. i went home charged the handset fully. and started using it. my battery started draining without using it much. i charged it at around 1 p.m. and it went dead by 6 p.m. at that time i was travelling i had a meeting with my client for a business deal and all of a sudden i lOSt contact between me and my client. neither he could call me nor i because his number was stored in the phone. it was a disaster my very important deal got cancelled because so called brand nOKia. this handset runs on windows OS, has a very short battery life, it doesn't have all the features that were there in my old handset. so this time i went back to nOKia care myself and submitted the handset and told them that i am not comfortable with the handset give me a model that contains all the features that my old mobile had. i had submitted handset on 12/4/13. after two days a i called Mr. anil shirke the manager at nOKia care charni road he said sorry sir you have to accept this handset only we can not give you another model so i said then refund me my money. he denied that too. then i registered a complaint with nOKia careline on 18/4/13. complaint no. is 1-1-[protected]. the executive with whom i talked promised that within 48 hours i will get a call from them and give a solution but no body turned up till 22/4/13 then i called up on 22/4/13. the executive on care line told me that my complaint is still under observation. after forcing he transferred the line to his senior his senior also did not do much about my problem but again gave a false commitment of getting back to me. now today its 25/4/13 and still there is no solution for my problem. i bought a nOKia device with my choice of features and loOKs if nOKia can not repair their own device why should i compromise. i have been harassed by nOKia since last four months.
