I bought a NOKIA N70 M model [IMEI: [protected], BATTERY NO.:[protected], CHARGER NO: 0675384] at POORVIKA MOBILE WORLD under job warranty. After few months, there was signal drop in my mobile and due to that poor reception and bad receiving of signals about calls and messages and even the radio which resulted in hanging of my mobile eventually.
I gave my mobile for servicing at RAKSHA IMPEX [ASC: 089_434038, EMAIL:[protected]@nokiacareindia.com ] for the above mentioned faults. But my mobile was malfunctioned again with the same problem. Again for the second time I gave my mobile for servicing at the same service centre, but this time with all my above complaints, my keypad also didn’t work. My latest job sheet no. is[protected]/080320/38 submitted on 24/mar/2008.
Also the service center person did not act in response which was almost insulting unlike Nokia customer service. I want the Nokia customer care to engage in taking actions against that service centre and I want my mobile without any malfunctions mentioned WITHIN TWO DAYS because my business almost depends on the calls. nokia n-70 m — Nokia Service Centre
This is very disgusting when you go to any Nokia Service Centre.Recently there was some problem with my handset. I approached Nokia centre in Noida which is in Sector-2. I waited for four hrs to reach the service executive as there was big rush.No place to sit & no a/c or fan in this hot summer.
There were five counters & only three were operational & the competency level of service executive very low.No senior person to listen the customers...totally embrassing.
I was not able to understand after buying the Nokia handset that we have commited any crime that we Indians are treated like this-
1- If they have large customer base then they should open more & more service centres after all they are committed for after sales service.
2- Each service centre has basic facilities like proper place to sit, water & fan or A/C etc.
3- There should be time limits that your complain will be attended in this period...no body has faltoo time to sit & wait for the turn.
4- Proper communication should be there with the customer for any delays in delivery.
5- Proper estimate should be given & should be mentioned on the job sheet.
