Nokia — phone servicing | |||
i had purchased nokia 603 on 15june 2012 and shortly since after that i have been running to nokia customer care(A.M.Mobile),kolkata and after much problems and repeated servicing they swapped my phone with another handset on 14dec 2012.and again i was facing the same problems as that wit the previous handset.i recently contacted delhi centre and tapasi chakravarty(regional head,kolkata) who promised me to changed the handset.i again submitted on 18feb2013.and now since last few days i have no feedback from there side.they are not providing me with the same.and though they provide with one year warranty on the handset,their details show that my handset warranty has expired in dec2012 itself Was this information helpful? | |||
