Nokia Head Office Date: 30th Jan. ’11 Subject: Complaint for an attempt to fraud Dear Sir, This is in reference to an attempt to exchange the handset phone by Parveen ( Nokia Servicing centre) I regret to inform you that I have given my Nokia 6600 mobile phone made in Finland, to repair to NOKIA Priority Dealer Intouch Care k1/39 C.R Park main road. They have kept my mobile phone for 11 days. After many reminders they informed me that my handset has been repaired and I could collect it after 5 p.m on Monday i.e 22nd November 2010. When I went there to collect it, to my surprise I found that they had exchanged my set , the back cover which had a sticker was same but inside it was a different instrument made in India, as I had some intuition ,I already took photograph of my set before giving it for repair. When caught them red handed, they had to accept their fault and made excuse that they had made my set working they were also charging Rs 750 for it. Finally I got my original set back without any thing repaired. Now this is my humble request kindly look into the matter and strict action should be taken to avoid this kind of cheating and also save general customers from being cheated by Parveen - [protected].
