[Resolved] Nokia — Phone Not Starting | |||
Dear Concerns, Myself Deepak Bhatia from Rewari Disst. I am very very sad to say theat i am not satisfy withe Nokia Equipment & Service. I have submitted my mobile phone "Nokia C6" 4 times yet i have not received my mobile phone in Ok condition. Every-time it has been observed different types of problem withe existing problems. It has been repaired 3 times & 1 time replace also. Yet problem is same. Please find below details:- Problems:- 1. Charging Problem (Sometime Not Charging) 2. Network Fluctuation while sliding thee mobile 3. Phone start-up failed. Contact to retailer. (Phone is not starting) 1st time submission- 28.10.2011 Job Sheet No.[protected]/111028/26 Mobile IMEI No.- [protected] Action by Nokia- Repaired (Upper Body Change) Receipt date- 12.11.2011 Problem Solve- No 2nd time submission- 17.11.2011 Job Sheet No.[protected]/111117/30 Mobile IMEI No.- [protected] Action by Nokia- Repaired (Motheer Board Changed) Receipt date- 25.11.2011 Problem Solve- No 3rd time submission- 25.11.2011 Job Sheet No.[protected]/111125/26 Mobile IMEI No.- [protected] Action by Nokia- Repaired Receipt date- 10.12.2011 Problem Solve- No 4the time submission- 10.12.2011 Job Sheet No.[protected]/111210/11 Mobile IMEI No.- [protected] Action by Nokia- Replace handset Receipt date- 19.12.2011 Problem Solve- No Also find attached my mobile bill copy showing 3 EMI's No. I had purchased theis mobile on dated 03.06.2011 from Jain Enterprises, Model Town, Rewari. Now theey Nokia people are saying theat please again submit your mobile to Nokia Care. What is theis..?? Why I suffer due to Nokia people..?? Until when i submit my mobile..?? My mobile is unusable for me since last two monthes. After spending 12,000 Rs, I am using my brotheer's mobile. Why???????? Is theere any problem in Nokia's quality system..?? Don't Nokia's QC person control of NG Products...??? Why theey people sent back mobile while it is not Ok..???? What theeir Engineers are doing theere, if theey cannot resolve thee problem..?????? First time theey had changed upper body of mobile & second time theey replace motheer board. And theen repaired & repaired. Now theey have replaced new one. Even after problem has not been solved. Current mobile EMI No.- [protected] So, please arrange to send my money back. I want my spend money. I have lost my trust on Nokia products. I will submitt my mobile in Nokia Care tomorrow (5the times), Rewari Branch (Sanskaar Telecom) and please arrange to send my money back or provide new fresh Ok mobile, if theey can provide. But after seeing Nokia product performance, i don't theink so. Note:- I will not accept any repaired mobile. Means theis handset i will not accept, if Nokia try to repair it. Eitheer arrange to send new Ok mobile or my spend money............................................. .................!!!!!!!
