[Resolved] Nokia Service Center Philippines — Slow Status Repair and Update | |
I had my Nokia 5800 repaired last Monday January 3, 2011 for USB port damage and told me to call the back, so I called in the next day for the status report, and they said the damage was in its motherboard and they asked permission from me if I would like to send it to their warehouse for repair, so I agree and told me to call on Friday for the price quotation or they will call me instead. January 7, 2011 Friday. I waited for their call the whole day and had none, so I decided to call them myself only to find out that they still don't know how much my repair would cost, and said they will be texting me via SMS during the day or tomorrow morning but I have not received any text or call from them yet. I will be calling later in the afternoon and hopefully they will have an answer for the repair cost so they can finish with my cellphone repair. Even calling them is so slow, I had to wait in line for like 10 minutes or more till someone answers my call. What's wrong with Nokia, they are more into selling cellphones than taking care of their customers. Was this information helpful? | |

Nokia — Slow service
It has been abt 14 days since i gave my nokia 5800 for repairs and still they say that they are waitng for the part to arrive and will take 10 days more. I wish that the repair my phone at the earliest and i get it back.
