Nokia — service of mobile phone

Myself Dhruv,
I had given my phone nokia lumia 710 for updating its software on 7th feb 2013 at nokia care centre,kurukshetra but due to certain reasons they are not able to update my phone and the phone was dead.They had send my phone to delhi to their service headquarters so as to make sure that the phone works correctly,till then my phone is in warrenty period.i had received my phone on 23rd feb 2013 but after 3 to 4 hours i found that my phone is not responding as its signal were lost and the battery drains within minutes.i tried to reach them again but they were closed till then.The next day was sunday so i met them on monday but till then my warrenty was over as i had bought my phone on 24th feb 2012.the nokia care centre refused to check my phone as they said that the warrenty of headset is over and they are not responsible for this problem.i reached the online nokia help but they are not responding in positive manner.they are only talking about somethings which are not helpful.
i want you to take a look over my case.
i am giving you details regarding nokia care centre.
