[Resolved] Nokia — Nokia Care Center Replaced Original Part with Duplicate Part | |||
I've always owned a Nokia phone and never had any problems with them till i bought Nokia N95 in Sep 2007. My Phone has always worked ok until February, 27 this year. because of intensive use of my mobile, the characters of my keypad was not very clearly visible and so i got the chasis and the battery changed on 27 February,2010 by paying a handsome amout of INR 4000/-. The servicing was done at your authorized nokia care centre at townhall road, udaipur - Rajasthan - India. This was the begining of the sequence of problems which i am still facing till date. It started with the problem of with low quality of sound which finally dropped to a zero level for which i again got it serviced on 10th Jul 2010 by paying INR 360/-. I was told that the sound card was not functioning properly. I was pretty astonished to know that a brand like nokia starts having a problem by changing the chasis. That was not the end but the begining of new series of troubles using the so-called high end nokia N95. In next one months time the display blackened for which i had to approach the nokia care centre again on 14 Aug 2010. I had to get my LCD changed by paying another INR 2250/-. To my greatest of surprise, i was told that the LCD used in mobile was a duplicate one. I leave the statement with a how for you to reply. Now the keypad of my mobile is also not functioning. I am pretty confident that malpractices are flourishing at your udaipur centre when they had changed not only the chasis and the battery but also the LCD and the sound card during my first visit. I had given a call to your office at Delhi where the receptionist told me that the greviences are being handled by Tarandeep Kaur who looks after the greviences and was busy in a meeting. I was assured that i will receive a call once she is free. The day is gone and i am still waiting for the phone call. I request you to take necessary action and get my mobile repaired free of cost with all the original the parts and get me back the amount which i had already paid for getting the mobile repaired because i approached your authorized service centre. Visit the Nokia Care in any Metros once. You will never buy any Nokia Product in your life. On seeing the crowd from outside you will think that some recruitment rally is happening there. People are flooded for their Nokia mobile to repair.

Nokia Care — ORIGINAL PARTS REPLACED
HelloI am poor customer misguided & befooled by the nokia customer care.
I had given the set to nokia care at mobile tech (Adj hotel jiwan plaza ph. [protected], patiala punjab) for estimate for repair.
They had not given me set back same day inspite of my requests.
The next day they had delivered the set. I surprise to know that they had demanded rs 3500/- for repair (Lcd & motherboard to be changed).
I had taken the set back.
I had shown to my brother.
We aere shocked to see that both the screen & motherboard are changed. ( i had already keep them marked. But no marks are their in delivered set.
When i had taken the matter to the center, they replied their are lots of sets for repair. It might be possible that screen may be changed.
How it is possible.
Kindly advice me how i approch this matter.
