[Resolved] Nokia — Battery BL-4c swollen and not giving charge | |||
I purchased a new battery for my mobile handset NOKIA 3500C; the model of the battery being BL-4C; its not even 4 months and the battery has swollen and is not giving charge for more than 8 hours. I went to the shop and told him that it is still under warranty period but he refused saying that swollen batteries are not replaced even if it is under warranty but nowhere on Nokia site it has been mention. I simply dont understand what is the meaning of warranty then. The details of the battery are as follows: Battery make: Nokia BL-4C barcode on packing is[protected] Still under warranty; it is not even 4 months from the date of purchase (purchased in february, 2011).
