Nokia — Very Bad Service | |||
HI, I had a bad experience with the Nokia Care center , I am having the NOKIA E-72 mobile handset, It was having the issue with the panel and it was getting hang frequently, I have given it to to Nokia care center, and asked them to change the panel, the person who was in charge for this was not available there,I submitted the phone over there with job sheet number[protected]/130525/54. They said they will call me , but they didn't called me, I called up and asked about the status, Do you know what the answer was given to me ,that thy don't have the panel available in the nokia care center|||||. and it would take 5 to 6 days to get that. Is this the service that nokia provide to their customer. As I Can say that Pune is the big place and how thy cannot have the parts i agree if they don't have , then why it should take a week around to get that ,Is this the Service they provide to Customer????
