I have purchased nokia lumia 520 from space video jodhpur...n within 20days of my purchase my handset is suffering from software problem...I hv given my handset to nokia care jidhpur near big bazar on 18/05/2013.they told me to collsct it in evening...n nw it is 20/05/13 n I hv nt recivd my handset yet...M REALLKY PISSSES...AALLLK MY IMPORTANT DATA HAS BEEN VA ISBED.n nw they r telling itwil take more 7 to 10 days...NW I WANT CASH BACK WITBIN 24hrs else I vik take strick furthr action for d same...I hv to go ut of town for metng n cnnnt wait...Ruchita Garg...I HV AKREADY FILE MY COMPLAINT IN ONE OF THE ACTUVE CONSUMER FORUM N IF BT MY PDOBLEM IS RSOLVED IN 24HRS DEN I'L VIL MOVE TO CONSUMER LAW FORUM..my job no in noka care is[protected]/130517/31...n my contact n [protected]..
