[Resolved]  Nokia — repair or replacement

I had brought an handset Nokia 5310 in month of 15 April 2008. After using for 1-2 months I found that my handset was hanging frequently and its camera and speaker was not working so good as it should be. I was using Bsnl sim card in this mobile and also using internet, I was so busy so I could not complain for this as early. then on one day I found this mobile is not accesseble for Idea sim card I wanted to change sim card with idea, then on 04 Sep, 2008 I visited their service center at Civil Lines Allahabad, My Handset was taken for repairs job number is[protected]/080984/6 dated 04 Sep, 2008 and they told they will give it back in a week time when it will be repairable at service centre otherwise it will take one month when it will go to company for repair. Next Week I had been told that my handset was irreparable and I have to call them after four days. Everytime when called to service centre Allahabad they said after four days. After one month when I called to delhi centre on 01 Oct, 2008 on nokia care line 30303838 they told that my set has been repaired but Till Date I haven't received my handset every time I call the service center (allahabad) they tell it is not repaired and will take another four days. So replace my mobile becoz I need it urgent. Regarding this I Had logged a complaint in Nokia. This type of services are never expected by me with Nokia, I am also planning for registering complaint in Consumer court regarding the services.

I registerd a complaint in nokia care, kadavantra, cochin, kerala, on 9th june 2009 and my job sheet no is[protected]/090609/45 and imei no:[protected].they told me the same will be repired or replaced within one week.when i contacted nokia care in between(3 or 4 times)they said they will inform me and yesterday 24th june 209 also one of the staff told me that sometimes it would be replaced and it will take another one week...ie 2nd july2009...
now it is more than 2 weeks and what is the real situation???????this is highly irating...

Every where Nokia care service is Very Very bad. They want to sell the product & after sales service is horible. If you can't give proper service Please please stop this idiotic business & do some other business, which doesn't require any service part. Even I had the Nokia 5310 Musicxpress set. After 6 moths time its screen's inside started fading day by day. So I went to Nokia care at Kurian Towers at Kochi, Kerala. A lady techi attended me and told, now a days lot of same complaints comming for this 5310. There is a glue from the inside pannel spreading to the screen. She told me that they will complaint this issue directly to Nokia and get back to me for the solution. she collected my cell number. But even till today (other 6 months over) this bloody office never called me. Now its guarntee peiod is over by june 2009. Because of this incident, I never suggest others to buy Nokia products.
