The lady that is also working for our Company - also received a sms: 2011 Nokia Yearly Promotion - Pin no NK 1066P and that she has won R95000 - She had to contact a MR MORRISON on[protected] she phoned, he wanted her bank account number - she said she didn't have a Bank account, so now, he send her a sms back that she must buy a Telkom pre-paid voucher for R200 to activate her Pin Number and then she must phone them back after buying the voucher. Please be carefull - these people you do not trust!!! Arseholes!!!

I have received the same SMS with same reference number and Mr Barry Smith as contact person the, SMS was send from +[protected].

my sister also recieved the same sms today 13/05/2011- stating the she has won that amount.thanks God she came to me first and ask if that is true, because i dont trust these things i told her it a scam.

got the same crap sms at 03:05, which was suspicious. what the hell is this RICA for, if monkeys like this keep scamming people aand get away with it.

NO -231 SA CALL CLAIMS DEPARTMENT MRS MERCY ON [protected] SO PLEASE BE CAREFULL THEY ARE USING DIFFRENT NAMES AND NUMBERS THEY ARE ALSO ASKING FOR A R3888 RAND TRANSFER FEE TO RECIEVE THE WINNING MONEY TO A MR. DANNY COLEMAN ON THIS NUMBER [protected], IS THERE ANYTHING WE COULD DO TO STOP THIS NONSENS????

I received the same sms @ 00.25 this morning ... Mr. Barry Smith...same ref., no's, ect & R450 000. Would have been rather nice if true (", ).
Really scary how wicked people can be.

Mine just came today, but i noticed one thing. You get an sms about, most ofd the calls have to be returned to MTN network, but i'm with vodacom. Oh please, the minute i saw the sms, i new it is a scam. I know my service provider and infact i am satisfied with the service that's all. Just stop the scam and do something sensible.

I also recieved 3this scam SMS last night. This is real SPAM and BS...

On this day of 27 June 11 My doughter recieved the same R450 000 Nokia world Wide Promotion promise with the same ref no. and to contact Mrs Mercy on [protected] but massage was sent on this no. [protected]. The massage was sent at 7:30am and when I call the phone keeo on ringing, the next minute the phone was unavailable.

I mean comon South Africans, how long are we going to be touchered by foregners in our own country? These people are going away with these coruption, so many o[censored]s are reeped off by them and next! What is our Gorvernment doing about it? Instead they are getting residence here.

I am so happy I did, so when I resd all this comments, I knew that it will be a big mistake. I allmost lost R550...

I got a sms stating that I won R450.000.00 Ref no.N-231SA and that I should call mrs Mercyon [protected].So I did, then they told me i must collect it in cape town, then he told me that I have to buy 2 R275 vodacom vouchers at PEP Store or Shoprite and to call him back to give the voucher numbers to him. And in 45 min the money would be paid into my bank account. but i did not and is glad that i have google it and read all of the comments, and also think its a MOERSE SCAM

Nokia. Your name is coupled to this scam. Did you lay a complaint? Sure this "Mr Barry Smith" can be traced by the police. If they can trace someone though his cell number they can trace this because he surely will catch a fool who will believe him and send his bank account number.
