To The Senior Manager (Customer Care) Sir, Re:- Replacement of Nokia E7 set Colour Black Code no. 059C8Q6JS22WE3 I am shocked to bring to your knowledge that I have recently purchased the above-noted set which is infested with certain technical problems. The phone is very slow, the touch is not sensetive, not getting etwork signels properly and also the phone hags to much. I have registered my complaint earlier also, but not get any responce from your side. You are requested to replace the set as the set is new and the date of purchase is 01/03/2012. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.
