DEAR SIR ,

I purchase a h/s Nokia X1 dual Sim and from starting I was facing some prob. with this model . Then I checked it from your customer care service in ETA(office ICICI bank k upper) . But prob was not proper resolved. Then I checked it in Aligarh near krishnpur tiraha . It was also your care office and they told me that your phone has been unlocked . And they didn't support me . Then tell me who's mistake. But i didn't check it any outer shop still phone have in warranty pl z help me ....

I purses Nokia h/s because I believe on Nokia .......................
