[Resolved] Nokia X2 — Display problem | |||
To Whomsoever it may concern, My name is Bhanu, and I had a problem with my Nokia X2 mobile's display-which is within the warranty month period. When I visited the service centre, the service personnel told me that it was a problem with the OS. I did not understand why it was so and he said that it would be rectified after the software update was done. But even after the software update and being charged Rs. 150/- for it, it turned out that there was absolutely no change in the phone. The phone is still functioning the same way. This is like misleading the customer just to spend money in vain. When informed them about it, the said to come later even after the problem still persists. I had bought nokia x2 model on (9.3.11) EMEI NO:[protected]...nokia Display has become blank when i was working on mobile within a month.I asked in nokia care to fix the defect but they simply replied had to buy new display.i asked whether shall i complain to the nokia care through mail but they replied tat staffs working there will itself cancel the mail and close the problem...
I was upset because within a month it showed the fault so i ordered the display in nokia care itself and paid 100 rs as advance on (5/5/11) and they told to come on 14.went to nokia care on 14 th they said some reason and told come on 15 then 17, 19, 23, 25, 26, 28 .Till now they didn't respond properly just said a simple sentence "if the ordered display does not come means will return your advance" is this a way to talk to a customer...now they said to come on tuesday(31.5.11)...they way of talking does not looks good they are just making me to wander many times...i hope will take some good steps to solve my problem
I am really frustrated, what’s the use of giving it to Nokia authorised centers.It’s difficult to comprehend how Nokia has hired such disgusting service center personnel who are plainly cheating people.I would suggest other people not to visit Nokia Care, if this is what Nokia provides as customer care. Please go to someone else than these people or else get cheated.
